    1. I’m all but certain this is *not* the first time. I distinctly remember in the 90s on the Discovery Channel showing they could extract oxygen from lunar dust using plasma. This wasn’t just a theory either but it was demonstrated.

Maybe he should fund his workers dreams also. They are the ones creating profit in his wretched emporium.

    3. Looks like this could make a human permanent presence in the moon more feasible. Oxygen not only for human breathing but for rocket fuel.

Hmm, astronauts have to collect their own pee and drink it after filtering. Amazon employees have to collect their own pee in bottles and then… is there some kind of correlation here?

    5. Now he just needs to figure out how to create enough gravity to hold an atmosphere.

    6. wow, I can’t believe Jeff Bezos is such a genius. It makes so much sense, and makes me so happy, that he profits off of these technological breakthroughs

Fuck Bezos. This should be done in the name of humanity. Not a corporation.

    8. All it takes is 1kg of fuel for every 100cc of oxygen produced, so it’s totally worth it and totally sustainable.

    9. Is anyone sure he just didn’t watch total recall and claim the idea as his own? I’m pretty sure I remember that exact thing in that movie

The bean counters told me we literally could not afford to buy seven dollars worth of moon rocks, much less seventy million. Bought ‚em anyway. Ground ‚em up, mixed em into a gel

And guess what? Ground up moon rocks are pure poison. I am deathly ill
