The purest form of socialism is the crony capitalism we are seeing north of the border.
Here ’socialist‘ means ‚aligning with standard practice across industrialized nations.‘
Oh no, not universal healthcare that’s available in every developed country in the world with one notable exception to that!
Universal healthcare is not socialism. It’s a sign that your country has reached a high level of development where all citizens have access to basic things you need to live.
So just to clarify, 2 out of the only 3 countries in North America have universal healthcare. Man, if it’s so difficult to figure out how to do, then their leaders must be so much smarter than those in the U.S.

Mexico is so far ahead of US when it roll out universal healthcare while US is stuck with its labyrinthine broken system that leave millions uninsured and even if they do have isurance some will still be shafted by beancounters who try their best to deny as much as they can so that the company will be profitable.

dont be ready to jump in and call her a good president. MORENA is censoring the opposition, disappearing institutions, removed child cancer funds, cheapens constructions which have caused massive environmental destruction, hospitals lacking medicine, etc.
And before somebody jumps in to defend our „feminist“ president, dont forget how she refused to help the group of mothers looking for their missing children (some dying in the process due to cartels) and doesnt give a fuck about the increasing missing teenagers.
If you were decent enough you would puke after listening to her daily broadcasts.
The country is fucked up like never before and most mexicans are happy because that political party gives them 3000pesos every now and then. Fools fail to understand what they’re losing.

How mad are people going to be when they find out that Mexico has had public option universal healthcare for years, she is making it better because it had some problems?
Meanwhile in America, we’re using our $ trillion military-industrial complex to make everything more expensive for everyone.
Should be notice Mexico (like most of the Americas) already had public healthcare. This is more of an expansion of services especially for the often unreached rural areas.
