That is not a court battle ChatGPT is likely to win.
She should sue the company that sold him shoes and the ISP that gave him internet and thr manufacturer of his car he used to drive there and all the movie and games he ever watch slightly related to stalking.

One thing this is really highlighting is that a lot of people really have no one in their life to talk to and look out for them.
A month of this delusion dominating his life but no one noticed?
Like suing your x’s 4 year old for telling their adult parent to steal the candy at the store and to tell everyone it’s you who stole it.
