One thing to note is that some of these countries were not originally colonized by their independence rs. Germany in particular, since after WW1 they had to give up all African territory. Tanzania and Namibia went to Britain, Togo to France, and Rwanda/Burundi to Belgium
Why not Spain for Western Sahara? Both the Moroccans and Sahrawis recognise the 1975 first independence
