Mine don’t, that’s all me making the conscious choice to squeeze my muscles every time and be in pain all the time bc normal life is like going to the gym (and actual gym is torture i do to prolong the misery an extra decade or two)

Fun fact: POTS is considered a “new” condition and it is almost impossible to get treatment.
