  1. Bad news. If the government rigges the opinion polls so bad before the elections they are probably preparing to rig the actual elections so that the rigged results would coincide

  2. If Orban still wins these elections, then I sure do hope the EU has plans for this.

You gotta account for how opposition supporters are generally more likely to vote in those independent polls the people who support the current government.

Some info from a hungarian. The EU vote result was perfectly predicted by one of those independent polls. The 2022 election was nearly perfectly predicted by an another one of those independent polls.

The government rigging the polls isn’t proof they’re gonna rig the election. The only cheating methods that are considered possible and probable can get Orban’s party maybe 4-5 seats maximum.

The result is going to generally represent what people voted. The question right now isn’t that which party wins, rather the opposition getting 2/3 or not.

I really don’t see Orban conceding. Hell if he does I don’t see Tisza reforming the government and doing good enough to not allow Orban to come back later. Something he has done before

Don’t worry, I’m sure the media is already talking how it’s the most secure election in history and will start deplatforming people who do a heckin election denialism.
