      Article mentions they’ve been trying to sell the house publicly since July 2024, a month before they filed. He probably just wants to get rid of it at this point.

      He’s trying to clean up his image. Needs to cut ties with his toxic pattern of women. It’s also why he ignored Blake Livelys emails for help taking over a movie. He’s trying to move on.

      Dude has gone out of his way to make his life hard. When you struggle with addiction and questionable morals, it’s hard to not let that ruin your life completely. Ben needs to clean up his image and change his patterns or he will keep digging his hole. His kids will thank him for it.
