Citizens living in the United States are also reaching their limit with this Orange Turd Dictator, that a lot of us didn’t vote for.

Another set of problems that is not talked enough about.
„Within hours of the ceasefire being agreed, the tell-tale plumes of intercepted missiles streaked the sky above their vessels. After a month and a half of drone attacks and reports of underwater mines, many seafarers feel unwilling and unable to traverse the strait – even if the ceasefire allowed them to do so.
“I gave my notice exactly one month ago,” the seafarer said. “I’ve informed the master, I’m not willing to sail through the strait. It’s about safety, it’s all about safety.”
Aboard the same tanker, most of the crew feel the same, they added, saying about 90% of those on board want to exercise their right to refuse to sail. One crew member has suffered a “mental breakdown”, and is being checked on regularly by colleagues.“

I can imagine the stress. Knowing things are being blown up all around you by different countries, while you sit under it all, hoping to be safe, with the constant fear that the captain will suddenly move into no-mans-land because Trump said it was safe. Nothing to do but live in your mind for weeks. How do you even sleep with that going on.

Trump doesn’t give a fuck about anyone, looks like you’ll be stranded for a while.

Can’t blame them, a big push in the oil industry the last few years has been „safety first“, so I would totally use it against my employers as well to get out of having to traverse a warzone.

Honestly, proud of those workers for turning over the table and prioritizing their health, their family, and their sanity.
Guess what would never suffer from this problem…??

More importantly, the price keeps going up and now the Petrodollar is no good in the strait only BTC. Talk about capsizing a „current-C“!

During COVID lockdown I remember reading about some cruise ship staff members committing suicide because they got stuck in quarantine in foreign ports.

I mean, six weeks at sea with the chance of being blown out doesn’t look like a healthy environment

I hope this gets resolved faster than the Suez canal, where the ships were stuck for eight years.

I’d just like to note our president has handled such a delicate and tragic situation impacting these mariners with only the [utmost decorum](https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/trump-told-tankers-show-guts-133720181.html).
Trump and his family should go through first to show us them bravery looks like!
I’m not even there and I’m having a mental breakdown
I hope of pedo in chief can open the strait that was closed for so long for us
Is someone going around delivering food to these ships
Silly question.
Why aren’t oil tankers piloted remotely?
