      I didn’t think NC and SC would be ahead of TN. I knew FL and TX would be huge, but didn’t know FL would be so much more than TX.

      Serious question: what have Texans and Floridians gotten out of all that extra income in the last 3 years? I assume jobs, but I need facts and figures.

      And CA’s like “let’s do a wealth tax with dubious means on actually enforcing it” and drive even more high income people out… while simultaneously being like “let’s nuke any and all housing projects so nobody can come move here to potentially build wealth”.
