  1. Was Trump begging like a dog? He likes to say that about other people, so it could be projection.

  2. Secret-Chapter-712 on

It’s always projection, the “begging” rhetoric is such an obvious tell

There is a lot of disinformation out, the World can tell who has the upper hand on the situation.

**Iran was nowhere close to a nuclear bomb, experts say**

    [**https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/iran-was-nowhere-close-to-a-nuclear-bomb-experts-say/**](https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/iran-was-nowhere-close-to-a-nuclear-bomb-experts-say/)

Trump lied us into the war **exactly** like GW Bush.

“Obviously, the war in Iraq was a big, fat mistake, all right?” Trump thundered when asked about h**is call for then-President George W. Bush to be impeached**. “They lied. They said there were weapons of mass destruction. There were none, and they knew there were none.”

Trump added, “George Bush made the mistake. We can make mistakes, but that one was a beauty.”

the real question is why it got to that point in the first place starting strong then scrambling for a ceasefire isn’t great strategy

He’s such a complete piece of shit loser. It’s hard to believe there were enough idiots to elect him president. It’s mind boggling.

  7. Spamgrenade on

The USA will never recover their military or political reputation from Trumps tenure.

  8. -Random_Lurker- on

    Leaking like a sieve.

He’s got no control, even over his own people.

  9. The more he talks big and bad the worse his position. It’s his tell.

When he threatened to wipe out a civilization I knew it was bad. He got us into something he knew nothing about. It backfired horribly.

So…. I am trying to follow along in the book… and I’m just a little confused…what chapter of *Art of the Deal* are we in now?

    I’m having trouble finding it….

Which part deals with making it seem like you have completely failed to achieve your objectives and are humiliated on both a domestic and international stage?

  11. Elegant_Tech on

Unilateral ceasefire isn’t a ceasefire. Trump wants to walk away from the mess he created and tried to get everyone on board with it without asking for consent first. Just like he has done his entire life.

Lock Trump and his cronies up already! Also, don’t forget to seize their assets for selling our country for their gain!

  13. Salt-Initiative-8159 on

Yup – two weeks ago after meeting with his defense contractors who couldn’t deliver more bombs in weeks instead of months, and before Russia came to Florida to meet with Kushner and Whitkoff.

First American President to surrender to a foreign enemy in 250 years.

He came up to me, orange guy, smelly guy, crap in his pants, and he said „Sir, we don’t want to win anymore. It’s too much.“

  15. TicketAmbitious6200 on

Was it Iran who shit Trump’s pants? Cease fire (and Trump’s pants) violated!

  16. Raspberries-Are-Evil on

Did he go to the Ayatollah with tears in his eyes and say „sir, sir I need a deal sir?“

  17. It is obvious he is desperate for an exit ramp. He started something with no real thought for what happens if his plans go awry.

  18. Like begging the Mexican President to pay for the wall to make the child rapist look good.

  19. ChefCurryYumYum on

That must be why Hegseth said the Iranians were begging for it, I’d bet a month’s wages that Trump told him to say that.

New Republic/Daily Beast every day on this sub: SLAMMED, BEGGED, CLAPS BACK

  21. It won’t matter. Israel will make sure this doesn’t work. Bibi needs the US involvement for his biggest play yet.
South Lebanon taken and the rest destroyed. Iran defanged and broken up into warring factions.
    This is his end goal.

  22. Bombshell report reveals what everyone with a functioning brain could see was obvious based on Trump’s transparent projection.

  23. iamacheeto1 on

Trump is a literal textbook bully. The moment anyone stands up to him, he crumbles. He speaks loudly and carries a small stick.

  24. AdHopeful3801 on

    Nobody is surprised by this.

Him begging them to come to the peace table sadly doesn’t preclude him – or Hegseth, who clearly is all in on becoming a neo-Crusader – from doing something destructive, stupid, and abominable.

When people have compared the US under Trump to Germany in 1936, a common retort is, „can we fast forward to April of 1945?“

Congratulations, we’ve arrived. An addled warlord, living in a mental, if not physical, bunker, surrounded by sycophants and giving orders to phantom armies and screaming about how everyone has betrayed his grand vision. „Iran will sue for peace now“ is just his version of „FDR is dead, so the Western Allies will splinter and quit the war, now.“

  25. RebelliousInNature on

I knew it. He painted himself into the worst corner with his dumb brain and his fat mouth.

He’s got to go. He’s damaged America in every way now. He’s a cancer.

  26. Mind_Killer on

Every accusation is a confession. He’s been saying they’re begging for a ceasefire for weeks.

Here’s the article from Financial Times, if you want to read it: [https://archive.is/mZVyl](https://archive.is/mZVyl)

    >Trump, worried about surging oil prices and surprised by a resilient Iranian regime, was eager for a ceasefire since at least his first threat on March 21 to “obliterate” Iran’s power plants, according to five people familiar with the Pakistan-led back channel.

  27. Of course he was. This is classic Beth from Yellowstone. When the woman said, I am not looking for a problem. And Beth says, “oh you were looking for a problem, just not the consequences.” Yeah unfortunately Trump is the Karen in this scenario.

  28. drethnudrib on

Only for Iran to break the ceasefire hours later by firing missiles at Israel, which had not agreed to the ceasefire and continued to bomb Lebanon. Trump is completely out of his depth here.

  29. frederik88917 on

Come on, the terms of the ceasefire give you this answer .

The fact that Iran ended up having more leverage than before the war started is more than a signal for you

  30. I’m not sure how it’s a bombshell when it’s something everyone already knew, but cool.

  31. OkWorldliness5172 on

Trump is that loud asshole in a bar that’s constantly bragging about how great and tough as hell he is.

Nobody really wants to mess with him because they don’t know for sure if he can back up his claims and it isn’t really worth it to find out.

He’s also the guy that folds like a cheap suit and whines and begs for mercy when he finally gets smacked in the mouth.
