This sub will have a full blown meltdown but no one is cancelling or stopping their vacations/travel over ~50 dollar increase on there ticket.
Canadians love to vacation it is what it is. Flights are still packed.

The bag fees are ridiculous. I saw some cheap fares on Flair last week that made it basically the same as WestJet once you accounted for a carry on bag. Not a checked bag, a carry on. FFS.

Remember when Airlines made money hand over fist for decades but had to come to the govt for a bailout during the pandemic cause they used all their profits on stock buybacks instead of being smart….I member
