      I mean it is propaganda more or less. Of course they should not have done it on the frozen lake and probably this is arranged by a Chinese tour company. In Japan mostly also Chinese tourists come with Chinese tour companies. So Chinese tourists are benefitting local people less than other tourists. Usually they mostly go to Chinese owned shops for shopping also. Yet at the end, this article is just Japanese propaganda…

      Are Chinese people really avoiding Japan en masse? I was in Niseko a few weeks ago and I swear like 75% of the asian people there were Chinese.

      Unfortunately Russians are not known for their kindness to Asians, which is perhaps counterintuitive since many of their citizens have Asian ancestry.
