Croatia has 20M tourists yearly and our population is about 3,8M, that usually explains why we stand out in this type of statistics.

My mother always said to include 200 grams of vegetables per person in my dinners. I don’t think I hit that on most days. 200 grams per day is 73 kg per year.
…am I malnourished?

Maybe Albanians just have extremely high metabolisms.

Do people in Albania eat anything except vegetables and fruits?

Very surprised at the UK. I always think of us as a country of fussy eaters. I know a bloke who genuinely told me he only eats one vegetable a year (a carrot at Christmas dinner)
Mind you, we have way more people who are into special diets compared to, say, France or Italy. There’s such a divide between people who just eat Hibiscus smoothies and Chia seeds against people who just eat pepperoni pizza and chips.
