      Disgusting Japanese men are setting up hidden cameras in JHS bathrooms and get away with a slap on the wrist. But a guy winks at a girl, wow call out the entire force.

      It’s an interesting question. It’s just a smirk and a wink so harmless on the surface, but at the same time he could be a massive pedo. Is it normal for a grown man to smirk and wink at school girls?
