well there’s like… three? used to be four but Mortsel-Deurnesteenweg station (which was only used on Sundays as the S1 trains ran on line 25 instead of line 27, which isn’t even the case anymore unless there are works on the tracks like this coming weekend) was merged with the very nearby Mortsel station.

The original plans for theme park Captain Jack (let’s hope it will never be build) included another train station in Mortsel. At the time there where four, now three, so it could have been the fifth train station for the city.
