      My mind got blown away reading that title. The article is even more wild. They did not mention the age of the guy. The court actually went ahead with the statement of the minor girl that she’s not forced into this marriage. What a backward country.

      Disgusting, how the fuck can you rule this way? Like what are the arguments for it, and how can you speak these arguments with a straight face. Disgraceful!

      Edit: I went and searched (Google) about this and there’s limited info from main stream Pakistani news organizations which is fucking sad! Like how is this normal enough that they don’t need to report and protest it!
      Also read 4 articles, guys age is not documented, however in court a judge commented that the girl ‘ looked older than her age’ as they ruled that she entered into the marriage contract legally and that her father was wrong! What kind of disgusting speak is that.

      I’m sorry, this just is too much! I hope the family and the girl and the girls like her get justice!

I remember last year or maybe the year before when activists pushed to set the minimum marriage age for girls, all these degenerates flooded the streets protesting against it.       The country is more than 60% incest, what do you expect of a country which such culture. Appalling and disgusting. It does not get highlighted enough how backwards and sick the culture in Pakistan is.

      Really common issue in Pakistan with minorities girls being abducted and married off to older Muslim guys. Girls as young as 8 years are abducted and then married off „legally“. The people who raise the issue are accused of blasphemy and forced to run out of the country. There is no justice for girls as most of them are too poor to even go to the police station with laws biased against them.
