She was 16 when the full-scale Russian invasion began.

After reaching adulthood, she signed a military contract.

She passed 8 interviews during the selection process.

She is now 21. She serves as an FPV drone operator in the 4th Rapid Reaction Brigade “Rubizh” of the National Guard of Ukraine.

She has over 250 confirmed targets hit.

I will keep her in my prayers along with all the brave men and women from Ukraine.

The drone corps is noted for having a large amount of women in it. It is a great example of matching skills to need as traditional military physical constraints have little influence. Some women are able to engage in the rigor of front line eye to eye combat with the enemy. For others drone, intelligence, medical, transport and other specialties allow Ukraine to take best advantage of what they bring to the table and help share the overall defence burden.
