3) SCADA nodes and valves of the pipeline system, which control the operation of the oil loading piers – a node infrastructure that ensures the commercial accounting and distribution of oil flows between the piers – 44.7079664,37.8457369

Damage to two main piers and SCADA nodes at the same time means a de facto stop of shipments.

The economic effect of the attack is a direct reduction in foreign exchange earnings from oil exports, which is one of the main sources of financing for the Russian military machine. Every day of the terminal’s downtime means millions of dollars in lost revenue from oil sales.
