I doubt that over 80% of South Sudanese can speak English considering its current situation.

South Sudan??? There isn’t even anything mentioned about South Sudan mentioned in the source

  4. Pretty sure South Africa should be here… I’m South African and I have NEVER come across someone who cannot speak English. Maybe not fluent in rural areas, but still understandable.

    The Phillipines isnt there???

Edit: if im not mistaken they also havent highlighted Guernsey and Jersey

  6. No source? I would have thought there are many more countries where over 80% speak English including half of Europe, but to me depends on how they’re defined „can speak English“

  7. This map is wrong on so many levels. Don’t even know where to start. Omitting Singapore to begin with.

Should actually remove Quebec from the highlighted areas. Fewer than 60% of Quebecois actually speak English
