      I like the idea of St Ives but no locals and majority tourism is disappointing, I went for the day and walked past so many rental houses it was jarring.

      Other than having a thriving sack industry and an exponential number of cats I don’t know much about St Ives. Genuinely really pretty!

      Mother Ivey’s Bay is my favourite place, best beach in the world in my opinion.

      Specifically, Carbis Bay! On a sunny day when the sea is aquamarine it just feels like heaven on earth.

      The walk from here to St. Ives beach is very nice, as it’s the train ride from St Erth.
