    1. As a foreigner, I got to know about Bärlauch from a colleague and foraged some few weeks ago, for the first time in my life. Made some pesto out of it.

      It’s Bärlauchpesto time! I also like Butter.

      I live in Hirschhorn near Heidelberg and it grows everywhere.

    3. Butter. Bärlauchbutter, and I freeze it as a roll, so every BBQ gets a nice slice of that.
