      Yeah. I will go learn Japanese if Japan currency is valuable as USD. If an engineer qualifies for this visa, he / she can get a better pay job in other nations plus JP currencies is still devaluing. So the only people will take this visa probably really like JP anime or porn.

      I don’t have an issue with this. Any skilled work would need a decent lvl of fluency. Exactly how fast and how high is important. But a general requirement is reasonable.
