Because Japan gov’t spine is about as tough as an overcooked soba noodle.
yes it makes sense. trump was too arrogant to inform NATO and that is why if NATO has not approved of this war then Italy could refuse.
But Japan is not in NATO but still the govt is a minion of USA. So what else we could expect of Japan?
