My guess is they got removed because they were opposed to deliberately target civilians and civilian infrastructure. My guess is they want to do an”Gaza” in Iran, meaning basically flatten anything standing over 7’ feet and be able to target anyone who is the right age to be a combatant (from 5 to 90) just like the little hat country is doing.
