Nicosia is child’s play compared to Limassol – try 1hr for 4-5km commute. The capital bois would cry.

The trips are too short or something. There’s some methodology issue here for sure, there’s no way Nicosia is top 20 in congestion, no matter how bad our road network is, and despite our lack of infrastructure. We simply don’t have the population for this. It’s some averaging error.
