Which airbase is this?
The plane is an abandoned ukrainian airframe back from 2008, you can spot the removed engine cover, unchanged for many years

Kirovskoye, good hit. Once upon a time they had Iranian UAVs here. I don’t see much about them anymore. Must have replaced them with Orion. The Orion was once fairly uncommon and nearly extinct. I wonder if they pumped up serial production – otherwise these 4 may have knocked them back pretty hard in the large class ISR UAV realm.
