Beim Absturz einer russischen An-26 am 31. März kamen 29 Menschen ums Leben, darunter Generalleutnant Alexander Otroshchenko, Kommandeur eines gemischten Fliegerkorps der Nordflotte und ehemaliger Chef der 45. Luftwaffe und der Luftverteidigungsarmee. Unter den Toten waren auch sechs Offiziere der Nordflotte.

A lot of russian air frames must be really close to failure with the amount of flight hours a lot of them must be having to do, so maybe we will see more of this.
