Die Ukraine bestreitet die Behauptung Russlands, die Oblast Luhansk vollständig einzunehmen

I wonder why Russia feels the need to keep announcing that they have fully captured Luhask. Just redraw the state border on their own map and be done with it. It’s not like Russia doesn’t already work with their own map internally anyway.
