      What is the source? 52% of people able to speak English in Quebec seems too low for me

      If this is split my major metropolitan areas, 2nd most spoken language in the GTA would 100% be Punjabi.

      Isn’t it Chinese for BC? Or Punjabi if youbsplit between Cantonese and mandarin?

      French fluency is usually overstated in Canada in provinces outside Quebec/New Brunswick
