Informant and not only. I’d say agent.
Aiding or working towards the interests of private or colective foreign entity, while holding a public job and using priviliged information and power to do so, is really colaboration. Simply put, he´s an agent working for Russian interests, both from the Russian regime but also private individuals, such as oligarchs who fuel the Russian economy and military industry
Seriously kick them out of the EU or make a war time law allowing us to temporarily void their veto’s
