      Aiding or working towards the interests of private or colective foreign entity, while holding a public job and using priviliged information and power to do so, is really colaboration. Simply put, he´s an agent working for Russian interests, both from the Russian regime but also private individuals, such as oligarchs who fuel the Russian economy and military industry
