I forgot min wage was going up because I got my payrise in January
I was speaking to someone who’s salary is going up to the new min wage limit. The raise letter was worded in the sense of ‚Due to everyone’s hard work, we have decided to increase your hourly wage to X (new min wage).
Might as well get on the dole. Welfare is projected to go up to £400 billion by 2030. It’s Monopoly money while the treasury just keeps their thumb stuck on the print button
