      This fee should incentivize improved delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Instead, they rather pour time, effort, and resources towards lobbying for reduced fees.

      We should _increase_ the fees to redirect them back to what they should be focused on. Do the work instead of looking to escape duty and accountability.

      Penalties are failing to punish. They just treat it as a pesky cost that can be negotiated.

      CTA is case study of regulatory hijack. I had a huge battle with them just after COVID began as Air Canada tried to fob me off with travel vouchers and I wanted my money back for flights they had cancelled.

      Wrote to my MP who claimed inability to influence CTA!
