Isn’t it called “passing” instead of pressing?

Purpose? Specifically the axes – I guess I can see a use having this data on the opponent at half time… But I might prefer it plotted on the field somehow or just broken down by player or position.
Seems like very general data that would be applied to a very specific issue. Might need another layer of analysis.
