I know of women who have sued and won in similar cases not with a call girl though lol

I love Japan’s laws allowing a wife to sue any mistress….and they always win! Why would any woman here get mixed up with a married man?
Pretty sure prescient is on the husband’s side. Quite a few of these cases have been ruled in the man’s favor because he „is paying for a service“. Not debating right and wrong, just saying the law seems to be on the husband’s side.
