If you look at the entire video it is clear that he was talking about the attack on Venezuela and the response to it, not anything about the Gerald Ford.
They probably had smart dryers that were connected to the internet and Iran hacked them and made them run full tilt until they burned. The only chance Iran has is by utilizing asymmetric warfare.
