The brutality of this attack is beyond comprehension, and justice must reflect that. The harshest possible sentences should be imposed to protect the public and to honour the suffering endured by the victim.

This poor woman would be ok if this guy was dealt with properly on his numerous convictions by the criminal justice system.

On a side note. Is there a typo in brannigans age? The file photo text says it was taken in 2015 but that means he was 24/25 then? Rough looking 24 year old if correct.
