Russian propaganda does not use it. Just a few articles with a neutral tone. (I do not watch TV). A boy not complimentary describes 8 months in Russia and Russian authorities. He ran because of ‘children of African and Asian refugees bullying him’. I understand why Finns can be offended by it, but I can understand a teen from a normal, European family, who suddenly appeared in the poverty of asylums, speechless and off his common environmen
