1) It looks like you can see a guy go flying at 0:03?

2) Other than the second boat, these all seem to be dinghies and speedboats. Two of them aren’t even in the water.

3) It’s not really clear what releasing this footage is supposed to accomplish other than to distract from the strait of hormuz still being closed.
