Epstein and his cronies were out to get Trump ever since Trump banned Jeffrey from Mar-a-Lago for being a sex pest. They used to be friends until Trump found out Epstein was a pedo and then he ghosted him. Epstein never forgave Trump and spent the last two decades of his life trying to entrap him in a honeypot operation. Trump never took the bait so they had to use lawfare against him.
