Hallo zusammen. Ich habe diese Lotterie erhalten "Tombola" 3 Mal in meinem Briefkasten. Bei jedem Gewinn habe ich 100 Euro gewonnen, ich muss ihnen nur das ausgefüllte Formular zurücksenden.
Wenn Sie jedoch den grün markierten Bereich sehen, bedeutet dies, dass Sie auch damit einverstanden sind, für ein Abonnement dieser Lotterie eine monatliche Gebühr von 10 + 3,45 Euro zu zahlen.
Wie lange gilt dieses Abonnement? Kann ich den Preis einlösen und mich dann einfach abmelden?
Ist das überhaupt legal? Ich bin ziemlich wütend, wenn das ein Betrug ist

It isn’t a scam but you also have not won the money. Look what the two ** mean in the fine print.
These things are a trick, they’re trying to get you to subscribe to something or to collect data, and if you read all the small print you haven’t actually won. Do not give them any bank info or sign up for anything! I once fell for a similar one and called the number and realized it was a trick when they wanted my bank info to *pay* for it lol. You can also google the company name and look on Trust Pilot or other sites to read people’s experiences with these companies. They’re negative like 90% of the time.
