Herzlichen Glückwunsch an Bosnien und Herzegowina für das gestrige Spiel. Meiner Meinung nach war es insgesamt ein sehr enger Wettbewerb, und das war er auch.
Ich hätte uns beide gerne bei der Weltmeisterschaft gesehen, aber dieses Mal nicht! Unser Trainer nahm einige seltsame Auswechslungen vor, die unser Spiel stark beeinträchtigten und unsere Qualität auf dem Platz erheblich beeinträchtigten. Das bedeutet, dass es in zwei Jahren zwei Elfmeterschießen bei zwei großen Turnieren gibt …
Alajbegovic wird Weltklasse sein, und zwar sehr bald. Tolle Geschichte auch für Dzeko – auch deine Verteidigung war hervorragend. Ich dachte, dass Demirovic angesichts seiner Torschützenbilanz im Verein eine echte Belastung für unsere Mannschaften werden würde; Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass er ein heimlicher Wales-Fan ist!
Ich fand es toll zu sehen, wie Bellamy in der zweiten Halbzeit gegen Dzeko antrat – ein echter Showdown im Jahr 2011.

I thought Bellamy did a good job. Your guy on the left, Thomas Sorba had me TERRIFIED, especially later on when Dedić started cramping and Gigović subbed him. He just couldn’t keep up.
Not to mention, you hit the woodwork twice, so it really could have gone either way. What a game, shame both teams can’t go through.
As for Demirović, I think that Darlow save got in his head and he never recovered. What a save that was, earned him man of the match no?
I’ve never met a Welsh person I didn’t like. I was saddened when I found out we’d face your side in the playoffs. Like you said, I would have liked to see both our nations in the World Cup.

We got away with it in the first half, you guys were all over us. We bounced back in the last 30 minutes, but boy it was nervy affair.
