    Ein Mann, der eine Website betreibt, wurde wegen der Verfälschung von Filminhalten und der Verletzung des Urheberrechts angeklagt.


    Am 26. erhob die Staatsanwaltschaft des Bezirks Sendai Anklage gegen fünf Personen, darunter Katsuya Hirose (38), den repräsentativen Direktor des in Sendai ansässigen Webdienstunternehmens "Buntes Marketing" (Minamisanriku-cho, Präfektur Miyagi) und das Unternehmen selbst wegen Verstoßes gegen das Urheberrecht bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung "Spoiler" Artikel, die die Handlungsentwicklung von Filmen auf ihrer Website erklären

      I hate the spoilers, it’s time they get their just desserts. Of all banal laws passed in prior years, this is the only one I’m on board with.

      Doesn’t Wikipedia do this all the time? The Immortal Man (Peaky Blinders) out on Netflix Japan just this week, 800 word plot summary on Wikipedia.

      If I am not in Japan I will never buy any japanese content… In Japan I will try to not to consume it as much as possible…
