    1. Ah yes just what we need, another streaming service to dilute things further

Ironically, the link in this post doesn’t seem to be available

    3. I wonder what this means for Sky Atlantic?

And presumably, once that godawful Paramount merger takes place, it’ll be renamed (once again) and merged with Paramount+

    4. just in time for it to be closed down after the paramount purchase goes through

    5. Not giving Larry Ellison any money willingly.

Just had a look, it’s alright but compared to the US hbo library, and I’d assume most euro countries, very limited. Once again we’re being shafted for the bare minimum by American companies.

Extremely late to the party. I’m sure trying to sort a deal with Sky is the thing that held them up for so long. But even with a back catalogue as strong as HBO (and some pretty good current day output) just seems like a rotten time to be arriving in the Irish/UK market with your hand out for yet another tenner a month. The dodgy box/piracy new boom is so rampant that Sky are seemingly devoting every spare penny and second of the day to fight it.

      And they wont win, either.

The Pitt is probably my favourite TV show off all time.

For anyone with kids I’d keep an eye on the parental controls because the ratings are a bit lenient.

The Pitt and Eyes Wide Shut are only a 12 on it

    11. If you have a streaming service that you don’t really use that much, now is the time to ditch it and get onto HBO Max, HBO is hands down the best tv channel of all time
