      It’s impactful but there are a couple of things you have to consider about oil depots.

      They aren’t refineries so after the damage stops they can resume operations in a matter of days. The cost for repairs is also quite low, the average cost to build storage tank is under a million dollars and some months to build. 

      I’m seeing estimates of 40% of reduced capacity for seaborne crude exports, regardless if that’s true or not that will substantially drop in the coming days when it’s safe to continue work.
