Im Grunde möchte ich eine Lampe in meinem Wohnzimmer erweitern und einen Haken anbringen, damit die Lampe am Tisch hängt. Es sieht so aus, als ob über der gesamten Decke eine sehr dicke Metallschicht liegt (ich füge ein Bild von dem bei, was durch das Loch zu sehen ist, das bereits für das Licht vorhanden war). Glaubst du, dass ein superstarker Bosch-Bohrer die Arbeit erledigen könnte, oder sollte ich einfach aufgeben?

what you are showing is a lampenkralle and if you twist the hook it should let go.
but to be fair the photo is not the best quality…
I don’t understand: there is a hook already, can’t you use that one?
In general, you rarely have to drill the ceiling. They usually include a hook where the electric box is, so that you can hang things there. If you want to hang it from a different point, then an anchor is usually appropriate if the ceiling is bricks, or an expansion one in concrete. A metal one for large weights. I cannot imagine having to drill in metal.
it looks like concrete. I use a bosch Schlagbohrmaschine Easy Impact 600. Just did this yesterday. it could be that you hit a „armierungseisen“. Maybe try a few cm next to it… let me know

To be blunt, if you’re having this sort of issue you should ask someone to help you and not Reddit.
Drilling into walls/ceilings is quite easy with a rotohammer (percussion drill) and stone/wall drillbits, you need a suitable anchor (Dübel) and I suggest getting the vacuum cleaner hose right on the bit while drilling or getting a drill with an attachement.
Don’t drill to shallow or deep or you’lle be in trouble, using the wrong anchor or no anchor won’t work at all, using the wrong drillbit (size or type) won’t work or leave you with a unusable hole, forcing the drill like an animal will roundout the hole making it unusable, if you drill into bricks you need a whole different type of anchor.
And FFS, don’t ever drill into the floor or around any walls that have faucets or radiators on them.
You need a 240V percusion drill (Bohrhammer). The typical handheld battery driven drills are too weak.
Hardware stores (Jumbo, Hornbach, Obi…) also rent them on a hourly/daily basis.
