Doing slightly more than the bare minimum has slight difference.
Genious.
How would one go about adding 11 minutes to their sleep?
I won’t lie…
11 minutes seems very peculiar number. Like sleeping 15 minutes more won’t be beneficial? But 11 minutes is?
I’ve been doing this for quite a while now. I’m at 18h of sleep, 6h of brisk walking and 15kg of vegetables a day. Am I doing this right?
what about sleeping 2-3 hours too little ever night because of never ending stress? does that help with my heart attack risks?
Going to call porky pies on this one. 11 minutes more than what? 50gm of vegetables extra on top of how much?
You make it sound like we’re robots and sleep for an exact amount of time every night, often times people go to bed later then they usually do or earlier or wake up a bunch at night or sleep all night or hit the snooze a couple times, it’s a real dumb thing to say.
That‘s just too much effort just to live a bit longer in this garbage world
