      A lot of people will make this all about human error. It’s important for the rest of us to realize that human error was caused by systematic issues. The systematic issues have only increased because of the current American conservative government

      I feel bad for the controller. Obviously we don’t know enough about the sequence of events but it’s very likely that while he was at fault, he was put into this position by the system (Trump administration). They have been very open about how they have been reducing staff levels at the FAA. I can only imagine that poor controller trying to do the job of 2 or 3 people and this happens.

      Between this and the ICE agents at security, I won’t be travelling or even transferring in the USA again as long as I can avoid it.
