This whole thing is so messy… we have no way of knowing what the truth is unless dispatch gets the police report or cctv etc, so I think people shouldn’t hold it against her and see her as an abusive or violent person.
I’d need to know more. Getting bumped into in crowded public spaces was pretty regular in Korea and Koreans often don’t apologize since they kinda treat it like the price of admission to a public area in a way.
That being said if somebody poured potentially hot coffee on me in a public space after a possible accident like that, I’m probably dropping the gloves.
So this person accidentally spilled coffee on her after they bumped into each other and then poured coffee on her (deliberately? poured as opposed to spilled implies deliberately unless it’s a translation error). Wouldn’t that count as that person making the first move?
Everyone who proactively blamed men for attacking her need to apologize.
Sounds like two adults who were too immature to just go on about their day, but at least it seems they were both able to make up later when they had cooler heads.
