Grenzbeamter von Ontario wegen Drogenhandels verhaftet, Importfall

>RCMP say the border officer was arrested in January after he allegedly broke policy and allowed a transport truck with contraband into Canada.

Somewhat misleading title when reading that sentence…

Was the border officer in on it? 

Or did he just have a bad day/suck at his job?
